Victor Building

The new Victor Building incorporates the existing facade and partial floor system of the original, historic Victor Building which was constructed in the early 1900s. Temporary external and internal frames were designed to provide stability and brace the existing facades until the new building was completed and connected to the facades. The new structure has 306,000 square feet above grade and 115,000 square feet below grade in four levels.
